Track Guard

The Track Guard (also called a track guiding guard or track roller guard) is a critical undercarriage protection component designed to maintain proper alignment of the track chain on bulldozers, excavators, and other tracked equipment.

Constructed from high-strength, wear-resistant steel, track guards help prevent the tracks from de-tracking or shifting during heavy-duty operations on rough terrain, slopes, or while cornering. They are bolted or welded directly onto the track frame and are built to endure high-impact conditions in mining, construction, forestry, and other demanding industries.

By maintaining track alignment and reducing side loads on rollers and idlers, track guards significantly reduce maintenance downtime and undercarriage repair costs.
